How long will it take for you to reply to my email queries? TOP

Emails are normally responded to within a couple of hours. We do our best to respond on an "asap" basis.

What is your Pricing Policy? TOP

All of the pieces you see in our store are specially selected and hand picked. Many are unique and we have them in very limited quantities. Be assured, however, that our pricing policy is reasonable and we are not adopting any overpricing strategy. We believe in keeping you happy with our lovely pieces at a reasonable price that is highly affordable for you.

Please note that all prices are quoted in Australian Dollars.

How will I know that my order has been received? TOP

Once your order has been submitted successfully, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details. If any of the items you’ve ordered are unavailable or not in stock, we will notify you and refund your payment for that particular item. Alternatively, you may choose to swap the unavailable item with others that are in stock that are of the same value. When swapping for something of a higher value, you will be required to pay the difference.

Is it possible to add or cancel my order? TOP

Unfortunately, once you have received an order confirmation, we would be unable to cancel your order. This is because we work on your order straightaway once it has been received to ensure any delays in the delivery of your purchase is avoided or at least minimized.

If you make a new purchase before you receive an order shipped confirmation email, we may be able to combine your orders for shipping and delivery. Please send us an email at indulgentreviews@gmail.com and let us know of your pending orders. We will check on the status of your previous order and revert back to you as soon as we can on whether a combined shipping and delivery option is possible for your purchases.

How do I pay for my items? TOP

We accept all major credit cards and payment can be made securely online through Paypal. Please note that your payment goes through the Paypal gateway directly and Femme Habitat does not store any of your credit card or personal details.

Currently, Paypal is the only method of payment that Femme Habitat accepts. You do not require a Paypal account to process the payment through Paypal.

Be assured that your order will be processed as soon  as your payment has been confirmed and received. A Paypal receipt and a confirmation email acknowledging payment for your purchases will be sent.

How will my purchases be packaged and delivered? TOP

We pride ourselves in providing utmost care when delivering your purchases to you in our bid to ensure that the items arrives in your hands in a safe, secure and immaculate condition. All your orders will be gift wrapped at no extra cost to you and will be sent in a padded bag for jewellery orders or parcel post packaging satchel or box.

How long will it take for my orders to arrive? TOP

Once your order is placed, we endeavour to process and deliver your purchase within 2 business days. All orders placed by 5pm Monday to Friday are basically processed on the same day or the next day and Femme Habitat will ship out your order within 24-48 hours of receiving your order.

For local deliveries, it would normally take between 2-5 business days. to reach you. International deliveries may take anywhere between 7-21 business days, depending on the destination and the destination’s processing time.

Will I be charged for any taxes or duties? TOP

Once Femme Habitat has delivered your order to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. You are responsible for any additional taxes and duties. Femme Habitat will not be held responsible for any additional charges and duties imposed by customs in your country.

If you decide to refuse any shipment from Femme Habitat, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments) and the cost of returning the package to Femme Habitat. This amount will be subtracted from your order refund.

What should I do if my items are ruined during delivery? TOP

We triple check and pack your items with care and due diligence, but we understand that these things may happen. Please contact us via email at indulgentreviews@gmail.com with evidence of items ruined and your comments and we’ll endeavour our best to assist you.

Contact must be made within 24 hours of receiving your package.


What should I do if my package includes the wrong items? TOP

In the unlikely event that this happens, please drop us an email at indulgentreviews@gmail.com as soon as possible within 48 hours of receiving your package. We’ll require you to send us the wrong item with your receipt and provide us a scan of your postage receipt via email. We will refund you the postage costs you’ve incurred and send you the right item at no extra cost.

Please ensure that the item is unworn, unwashed and tags still intact.

We reserve the right to deny the returned item if it does not meet our return policy requirements.

The size does not fit. Can I exchange it? TOP

We will exchange the item you purchased if you are not satisfied with your order or if the size does not fit. You may choose to exchange for a different item of the same or lesser value.

If you would like to exchange your purchase, kindly contact us immediately at indulgentreviews@gmail.com for exchange authorization and payment instructions. We will send you a new item upon return of the item you received. Goods can only be exchanged for up to 5 days from receipt of delivery. The returned item must be in new condition, unused, unwashed, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to deny the exchange if the returned item does not meet our conditions.

We will only exchange each order once.

Can I return my items and obtain a refund? TOP

If you are not satisfied with your order, we will accept returns and will refund you after deducting a 30% handling and processing fee. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

If you would like to return our items and request a refund, kindly contact us immediately at indulgentreviews@gmail.com for refund authorization and further instructions.

We will only process your refund upon receipt of the returned item you've purchased. Refunds are only valid for a period of 5 days from the receipt of delivery. The returned item must be in new condition, unwashed, unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.

We reserve the right to deny your refund if the returned item does not meet our conditions above.

The item that has arrived is faulty. What should I do? TOP

If the item you’ve ordered posesses a manufacturing default which we had somehow missed, we will allow an exchange on that item only. Only unused items still in their original packaging will be accepted within 48 hours of your receipt of the items.

If you’re exchanging for an item of higher value, a top up of the difference must be paid. No refund will be offered for items of lower value.

All costs and risks incurred by item returns are payable by the customer. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

How are returns and exchanges processed? TOP

Before sending out your return / exchange package, please contact us via email at indulgentreviews@gmail.com. The merchandise must then be packaged and postmarked within 5 days of receiving our package delivery to you.

You will not receive a refund or exchange if we aren't made aware of your intent to return the item within 5 days of your receiving it. This policy is put in place to protect the quality of our stock and our customers.

We will process exchanges and refunds within 5 business days after we receive the merchandise and you will receive a confirmation email when it has been processed.

We will not initiate processing your return / exchange without receiving your original order.

For any monetary refunds, we will refund through your Paypal account.
