What are your shipping charges?
We try our best to ensure equity for both parties with shipping charges whilst not disadvantaging you, our valued customer. The charges below are actual Australia Post charges for parcels about 500g in weight (which is basically a dress's weight). As such, you're basically paying postage for 1 apparel item only and if you're buying more than one, the remaining postage cost is on us!
Taking into account that accessories' weights are generally lighter than an apparel item, we have cheaper postage rates if you order only jewellery items.

All purchases will be beautifully gift wrapped. Jewellery orders will be sent in a padded bag whilst all other orders will be sent gift wrapped and packaged in a mailing satchel or box.
For the safety of your purchase, we recommend that you provide an address where someone will be able to receive it upon arrival. Please note that Femme Habitat will not be held responsible if your package goes missing after it has been delivered to the address you have provided.
We will endeavour to get your order to you as soon as humanly possible so you could start enjoying them. As a guide, your purchases will be dispatched within 48 hours of payment and delivery generally varies depending on your location. Please review our FAQ section for more details.
For International Deliveries, please note that Femme Habitat will not be responsible for any additional charges and taxes incurred in your country. Please check with your local customs for further details. If you refuse to pay additional taxes at customs and return the items to us, we reserve the right to charge you the additional costs and return delivery. (We'd really much prefer that you get to enjoy your purchase, so please do your research!)
Femme Habitat will also not be held responsible for any delays in delivery beyond our control such as public holidays, natural disasters, strikes and other unforeseen events.
